Default 2006 street Bob running on 1 cylinder

My 2006 street Bob decided to only run on one cylinder toady after a run out.
It's the rear cylinder, checked for a spark and the plug is sparking fine. Doesn't seem to be getting fuel.Used to have a hyper charger on it and fuel pack, but now it's back to standard. It has done about 200 miles since put it back to standard as the fuel pack was playing up.
Any ideas on what to check would be appreciated.

A guy put a new O ring on a vuccum pipe today and new plugs. Ran ok for 5 miles then back on to 1 cylinder, left it an for hour and lunch, then drove home, about 3 miles and it was running on 2 cylinders again. My friend has a similar problem with a fatbob, and it was the ecu, seemingly it's a know problem that Harley won't ambit to, I haven't heard about it though. I'm going to clean the crank case sensor today to see if that makes any difference. Could it be the coil pack breaking down when heats up ???

According to a mate of mine, the ecu's packing in. I've never heard of it though.
