Since the 1st is my birthday, I usually hop on the bike and do a nice little ride with a stop to eat at someplace new/special. A buddy of mine was going to ride with me up to Leesburg, but two things sunk that -- the place we were going to eat is no longer doing lunch and worse -- he hurt his hip.

So, I am going to do a solo trip. Since we did Alabama Jack's last year, I am thinking of going from Fort Myers over to Fort Pierce via 80/29/27 (or 78)/70 and then down A1A to Stuart to 76 back to 98 to Bell Glade and home from there on 80.

I would love any suggestions on places to stop and eat (Archie's in Fort Pierce and Harry and the Natives in Stuart have been mentioned to me) or any suggestions you may have to make the trip enjoyable -- like more scenic routes (or scenic sights if you catch my drift -- after all it is my birthday . . . ).

Solo ride....may be nice. Post up the time yopu expect to be where your birthday party is.....might someone show up.
