Chesters HD in Sunrise versus HD of Palm Beach (45th St)

I've had experience with the parts counter at both.
Neither knows a damn thing about actually working on a motorcycle.
That said, the guy I dealt with a Palm Beach was an absolute and complete moron. I would never go back to Palm Beach for anything from the parts counter.
The best experience I have had had been with Treasure Coast HD just south of Stuart. Great people and they know what they are doing.

I bought my newest bike at Chesters because PB had no inventory. But I like the service department better at PB, both parts departments are good, the sales team are better at Chesters. PB has no ambiance or atmosphere so I don't like to hang around there too long. I don't really have any issues at either store.

I've been to the WPB dealership, but I don't really have any experiences to share. Chester's is my local dealer, and overall, I like the staff, but I bought my bike at Peterson's in Miami. As far as the service department, no complaints, but I've only had my bike serviced there twice, both times for tires only. Most of my other experiences with Chester's are in the parts department, and I give them two thumbs way up. They listen, they don't talk down to you, they have the right attitude.
And out in the parking lot, good stuff is usually happening on the weekends. No bad vibes or attitudes out there either.

Between the sales manager at Chester's in dealing with the guy regarding the ESP (extended service plan) which repeatedly does not call me back I am getting beyond frustrated with Chester's.
I even know the general manager the a very well and left 2 messages for him today and he did not call me back. WTF?!?!?!
The little experience I had with 45th St. on 2 separate occasions is not something I would jump up and down about with the greatest of happiness.
And what another guy said, the waiting area at 45th St. is not that great and I always wait for my bike when it is being worked on.
So far from the responses, I will probably drive down there tomorrow and get some heat off my chest. I don't pull punches when it comes to this crap.
