Default Relevant to Florida

I had a post deleted because it was not relevant to Florida. When do posts here have to be relevant to Florida? I thought this was the crew area not Florida. Too many rules....

Eddie,
Did I ever tell you about the black light incident? It was in the early seventies when I was doing research on the dung fungus Phycomyces blakesleeanus. At a lab, at the University of Florida, in Florida.

Zygospores are the sexual structures of P. blakesleeanus in which the diploid zygote is formed and meiosis is presumed to take place. The data from this cross provided supporting
evidence for meiosis during zygospore development...

I remember when I was asked if I'd like to be moderator somebody warned me to make sure I had a thick skin but don't expect anybody else to have one.
