Thought I'd finally get out yesterday, been raining everyday for the last 5.
Cranked it up and got 5 miles down the road, sure enough rain building every direction. I managed a 40 mile ride, a big loop country roads, before getting it back in the shop. Wouldn't ya know, rain hit 20 minutes l8r. Wake up this morning and it's still raining, damn it, man!

 

Been pretty good in South Fl this summer, really not much rain at all, it builds but a brief shower and then it's gone. Watch it rain all weekend now I've said that!

 

Supposed to rain all weekend here in Tampa Bay. I was thinking of a ride either up to Cedar Key or Ocala National Forest but now it looks like I'm going to have to hang at home.

 

Its all over the news, lmao!!!

 

I was supposed to meet some friends in Homosassa for shrimp this evening but too much bad weather between Bradenton and there!

let it rain, come Tuesday morning the scoots heading to Sturgis, rain shine or whatever. leaving from Zephyrhills early Tuesday morning

 

just done 130 mile round trip to deliver my new shocks to the dealer in torrential rain.
my new waterproofs aren't.

wish i hadn't given my last set away to someone who needed them.

still, forecast sunny tomorrow.......

 

Entire state got hammered today. 80% tomorrow, 60% Sunday, and I'm doing a BBQ/family reunion thing Sunday. I'm gonna have to reach up in between the clouds and grab a hold of one of those rain gods and have a serious chat with em...lmbo

And when does this "rainy season" finish, or does it just have a mind of it's own?
I was going to come over and see you lot the next week, but if it's gonna carry on, I don't think I'll bother!!
