Its a good class. Its all slow speed handling. Took the class in Md, I never believed how much I didn't know until a group of us took it, been riding 40 years. 4 hours doesn't sound like much but you wont believe how much confidence you will gain when completed.
If you take the class, get the DVD first and watch it, not only will you know what to expect, it will give you a little head start.

 

Sweet, it's always a good idea to have ongoing training. I don't know that many people who know everything, except for maybe my wife, or my mom! lol!

Jerry Motorman Palladino is offering $100 classes in his Tampa HQ all summer. Of course I think they are getting all of our rain up there right now!

I've been itching to take the ride up and do the class, I loved the DVD and even just the DVD helped me a lot and I've been riding 33 years.

 

I'm planning to take the course this Sunday.

 

On your springer or your classic?

I am pretty sure I'll drop my bike, as I plan to test the limits. Or at least there is great risk. Are you going to protect your crash bars with something?

 

I'm going to use the Heritage Classic because the Springer has beach bars which makes it tougher for tight turns.
I'm NOT going to drop my bike!!

I have to say I rode my buddies classic for a few hundred miles recently...it felt light like a sporty compared to my springer at low speeds.

I may join you Sunday.
