I actually didn't even notice the British slang, until Lauren's comment had me re-reading it, but I'm a weirdo glued to BBC and ITV! Don't challenge me though, when Lauren got called out and unleashed her native slang...I barely understood a word. I would lose.

Mind, it could've been, "Cor blimey Gov'nor, luvaduck! Me an the ole lady went down the apples and pears to go to the rubba-dub-dub. Me in me whistle an flute wiv a clean dicky dirt and a peckam rye!"
