I plan on riding up to the Rally on Wed. 11th. Rich from West Palm and a friend of mine Rodger are meeting at my house around 8 am. We are riding up the back roads along the east side to Ocala.

Is anyone interested in riding with us? It will be a beautiful ride. We always go through the Ocala Forest.

Count me in, I have to drop my dogs off at the kennels at 7am and can leave Delray by 7.30. It's about an hour to Ft Pierce so I can make it your way around 8.30am. Does that work?

 

Sounds great to me. Do you want to get breakfast? There is a cracker barrel off of SR70/Okeechobee road in ft pierce.

Or there is a Denny's just down the road.

 

Cracker Barrel works, it's about 85 miles from home so I should be there by 8.45/9 latest.

Not to hijack your thread, but I will be going up on Thursday from the Bradenton area. If anyone else is going up from this area on Thursday let me know and maybe we can ride up together.

I'm looking for Thursday riders, as well. I am on the east coast though, coming from the West Palm Beach area. Perhaps we can find a mid point?

 

I could meet you in Sebring maybe. They're are several good routes up from there.

 

I do enjoy the more scenic routes and figured my day of riding Thursday would be the day up there. I just looked at the map though, and I see you're a direct shot from 75 to Ocala. If you're about the destination on Thursday, we can stay more on the west, I have to ride anyway. But if it's about the journey and you have some good routes in mind, Sebring sounds good, too. I'll leave that call up to you.
