I didn't go this year either. It's just the same each year and to be honest needs a bit of a shake up to change things around a bit. None of the bands interested me, I don't need sunglasses or T shirts so there was no reason to go. I do other charitable donations all year long so I don't feel bad about that side of it.

I spoke to a girlfriend that was there, she said it was dead, very few vendors or food trucks, they went by car and had to park a long way from the main area. I know that Wings of Gold do a tremendous amount of work all year and, of course the last few days, and feel sorry for those that spent their time and money to get the event together.

 

It was a bit dead. The bikes only took about an hour to come in. It's just been about 10 years since I've gone, and I got to meet new people...and get my VIP goodies. I didn't even bother to stay for Dennis De Young. Although, that would have been cool.
