Offer a 'prize'...like a bucket of beer, t-shirt...60 minute massage at a local place....whatever.
Then at the 'bike night' have a box and supply paper to write on. Ask people to write down the miles they rode to get there,
any bad luck they had that day, their first dogs name, how many g/friends (or boy) they have had..and anything else
to incriminate them.....then during the bike night, award 'prizes' to the best answer or 'answers'.
Getting people involved can be fun....and funny. A DJ playing music and making the announcements might move it along.

Flossies has a big turnout on Sundays, with free motorcycle parking, bands, free bbq at 5 pm on and $2 PBR's all the time. Good value.
