A few of us plan to take a putt from Brandon down to Peggy's Coral in Palmetto on Sunday the 7th. I know it's short notice but we'll be meeting up at the Mobile station corner of Hwy 60 and Lakewood Rd. at about 10:30 am. Kickstands up and 11:am. Come on if yer comin'.

 

Three of us took the ride to Peggy's yesterday morning. Wind chill factor was about 28 at 75/80mph on the highway. Got to the bar and there were about 25 bikes and a strong breeze.

After a couple of nicely spicy Bloody Mary's and a draft we left Peggy's at about 1pm and headed back north on the round about route to The Rivers Edge and found about 20 bikes there. Usually there's about a hundred or so on a Sunday. Ate some hot dogs and drank a few more beers then due to a lack of excitement headed home at about 3:30. We put on almost a hundred miles and a splendid time was had by all. Probably seek out some different venues in two weeks.
