That was some bad luck if you look at it one way... but GREAT luck if you look at it another! If you're going to hit a bird, you chose probably the best spot.

I cringe when I see a bunch of birds take flight as they hear me coming. One case where loud pipes are not an advantage.

I remember when BA had the Concord, I only know one guy who flew on it. Could buy a Harley for the plane ticket as I recall.

Murph and HeritageBlue (and me) were too squeamish to touch the bird. So no feathers.

Update and warning. To days ago along the same route and not to much further down I was driving my 18 wheeler loaded with 51,000 lbs of white gold (milk) and a crane challenged me to chicken.

So be warned when driving this dangerous stretch, LOL

Maybe they should rename that stretch of road to Kamikaze Street.
