Do you have any experience spinning wrenches?
If you can do basic work, you can buy pre-wired bars with proper length clutch and brake lines from Hill Country Cycles. This makes the install very easy indeed, hardest thing is pulling the tank and that's easy once you understand the "two vice grip trick".
Just an idea, I did my bars in an evening and it was easy.

I do, it was more of a time issue than anything. I'm going to do them myself, I just need to pick up some beer first

I have a buddy in Naples who rides I can see if he's got a lead on a local indy and post back up also.
