The hotel hopes to guarantee us more rooms after 30 are booked, but, there is a big sporting event in the area that weekend so many hotels will increase prices and will be booked out. If they sell out before we ask for more rooms then you will disappointed.

I want to discuss the Saturday night BBQ dinner with Woodpeckers asap so it would help if I knew a rough idea of who will be in Palatka.

 

Bumping this in case some of you haven't noticed it. We are close to 20 rooms already booked (could be more that we don't know about because there is also a FB page and some old Crew members are there instead of here) or because some haven't told me they have made their reservations.

We only have 30 rooms guaranteed by the hotel so far, when those are all booked Murph has to call and see if they have more for us at the cheaper rate. Don't delay if you are wanting to be part of the Rally.
