Much as I hate to (and Lauren knows I hated to move), I need to sell my condo in Pembroke Pines.

I'm offering it at a bargain price, $43,999 - much less than I paid for it 11 years ago. I can tell you that it's a huge bargain in S. Fla. The monthly maintenance is about $650 but that includes all the golf you can play on two golf courses on site, along with the amenities of heated pools, theater, restaurant, etc. etc.

It's a 55+ community and well located in a super SAFE area. I cannot recall ANY crime in the development in the 11 years I've owned it.
