went through there on the way home, basically grew up there... and no, plenty of English abounds.... sometimes..

Aint nothing wrong with Liberty City, just carry your 45 and look like me and you will have no problem hehe. Never had an issue there myself but wouldnt live there as the schools suck and I have kids.
