Default Time to de-stress

Been feeling so stressed lately that I've done things and said things that I should not have. It's gotten to the point where I just want to lash out at anything and everything.

You ever felt that way?

Well, I'm gonna throw on the ol' rainsuit and head out for a long ride.
I should be home Sunday or monday. If I'm not who the **** cares...

being around or doing something for others less fortunate always helps my perspective; but that it comes easy in the medical field.

ride safe and stay away from traffic then...

Many times, even a short 100 - 150 mile evening bike ride helps to relieve the stress.

Yea man.... been there plenty. Being unemployed (still) has had me as the poster-boy for frustration. I call it a brain-reset when I can get out there and blow through some miles on the bike.

We live in a screwy world where so very much makes so little sense.
