I know I stated last year I was not going to help... Well, I changed mymind. I really enjoyed seeing everyone and having fun. I just want to help make it happen again this year. So I contacted Donna at the Days Inn and got things going. I spoke with Donna and here are how things are going to work this year. I’m only handling the hotel. If anyone wants to step up and handle any other part of the rally, please do so. Thank you for understanding. And Yes, the Suite Room will be post at a later date for auction.

You will be able to call and reserve your room based upon availability. You will look at the hotel layout down at the bottom and take note of the rooms that have already been booked. Have three different rooms you want just incase the first and second choice has already been booked and I have not been able to post it on the list of booked rooms. The Days Inn will go ahead and give you your room number. That will be your room unless there are unforeseen circumstances out of the Days Inn control and the room you booked is unavailable at check in. If this happens, you will have to take whatever room is available at check in. This means if you booked a “king room” and it out of order at check in then, you may have to take a “two double room”. Donna told me she has a limited amount of king rooms available and they will be first come first served. Please don’t give the Days Inn a hard time if this happens. It will be out of their control. At least this year you will know your room number when you reserve it. Again, please understand you may have a different room if your reserved room is out of order. This most likely will not happen, but it must be understood before you book. Please be patient. Thank you.

Thanks for putting your room number. I never thought of asking people to list their room numbers in their post. Maybe some don't want others to know..lol Thanks though.. I added it to the list.

 

Thanks for setting this up again Murph. Carolyn and I are Booked for room 154 again from Thursday night and leaving on Sunday.

I can do the shirts again if no one else wants to fool with it. Want to do something different this year though. I wll work on a new design and get it up for review if I don't hear that someone else wants to fool with it over the next few weeks.

There has been a change in management at the hotel. Kendra is the new manager. I spoke with her and found out that the people who have already booked their room, their name was not placed on the room.
If you already booked your room please call the hotel back and confirm your name is on the room.
