Damn! I was just excited about my new purchase sorry to damage so many egos. I didn't mean to start a pissing contest. I have ridden nothing but Harleys since 1986 I am well aware of the benefits and shortcomings. Wasn't trying to insult anyones choices just excited about my new path. Thanks to my friends who responded positively and the friendly ribbing.

Sorry again for upsetting the herd.

Pier Pressure can be a bitch. I've seen one get docked over it.

.... And that's why I traded my 11 limited for my 14 limited. Love the electronics!

Congrats on the new bike. I hear the GW's are a great touring bike. I've never ridden one, but hear they are super smooth.

Congrats on your new ride, its a different world on a Wing. My brother rides a GW, I ride Harley's. We have switched rides when out, he still likes his GW, I still like my Ultra Classic, different strokes for different folks.
Side note, thought I wanted a BMW K1600 with all the bells and whistles, just for something different. I guess I'm just not ready to switch yet, nice, powerful, smooth, just couldn't pull the trigger. Oh....and its just not Harley that has QC problems, BMW's K1600 have water pump problems and multi switch electrical problems.
Its what ever makes you happy!!!
