S. Fla members, the annual Ft. Lauderdale Bike Fest is being held again at Round Up Country & Western bar. I'm struggling to find a flyer, but per their website:

Live Music, Bike Builder's Expo, Painters Display, Bikini Contest, Food and Drink Vendors.

They take over the parking lot and it's a pretty big event, Last couple of years I'd estimate a few hundred bikes?

It's between Pine Island and *** Hill, on State Rd 84, south of 595.

If anyone else is going and wants to plan a ride there, I'm game....

 

Joe my group will ride to it from Boca, we'll probably do breakfast first in Davie then get there about noon. I've been the last couple years, lots of vendors, custom paint and bike builder guys, and the usual S Fl stuff you see at these events.

Also, my friend's band (not his day job but fun songs we all like) will be playing at the Sports Barn on Davie Road at 3:30, I'll likely go there to see him and have a tea.
