The original question is too general in my opinion. Now adays, there are many areas that have several dominant clubs in them.

Here (eastern CT), is an HA area, what is interesting is that the other blessed MCs (support clubs) only 1 is a Harley club; but there are 2-3 Sport Bike official MCs. And I'm not talking about AMA clubs I'm talking 3PP.

81's in Calgary. They throw party's at there club house which is on the outskirts every now and then. The people that live next door to them get a free all expenses paid trip to Hawaii every time just to clear them out for a few days.

oklahoma city......I see both, outlaws and bandidos. there are some others but cant remember their names at the moment

I live in northern ny and to the best of my knowledge it's a part of the USA. Now if some dirt bag meth dealer wants to tell me I must pay homage to them and their warped sense of right and wrong they're welcome to try but it won't work, plain and simple.
