He was the head of the HD financial services division and is being replaced.

That news is making the stock fall a bit in the market. I'm using it as another buying opportunity. I like the product so much, I keep buying part of the company!!
I also heard the rumors of internal griping. The market, however is looking at this as another possible sub-prime mess. It makes no difference to me, I'll keep buying the stock on the downturns and riding the bike thru all the turns.
