Afternoon... posers. Just back from court. Was gone 6 hours. Pretty warm ride home but not EZ's kinda warm. Forgot to set the podometer.
Well, this was daughters ol mans 4th DUI. Sheesh! Judge gave him 8 months in the county. With time off for good behavior he'll do about 4. He's gonna lose his job tho. He can have work release but he's on call every other weekend and you can't just leave whenever you get a call. His boss stood up for him as did I. Probably helped a little as he was looking at a year. With 4 I knew he'd do some time.

His folks owned and he practically grew up in a biker bar and his dad was killed on a bike in 'o6, but he's gonna have to learn before he kills someone. Maybe this will help.

And now with 2 hours of sleep last night, think I'll go take a nap.

Hope he learns from it. I was watchin 60 mnutes on Sunday.. they were talking about a case where a drunk driver hit a limo which was coming back from a wedding, crash killed the limo driver and a 7 year old girl. Prosecuter charged the drunk driver with 2nd degree murder and won. "Depraved indifference to human life" was the charge. He's now doin' 15 to life.

Yeah is bad man , fortunately I got sober before I killed somebody or me ..

ex BIL lost his license abt 12 years ago for the umpteenth DUI , stood to lose his license permanent , me and his boss stood up for ( lied for ) him , and saved his license , then the azzhole got stopped two weeks later ..

Lost em for good ..... Made me and his boss look like the azz that he is ..

Still drives , still drunk ....

'sup kenny , yeah idjit aint a real bright light bulb .. He was forced to retire because of his health ( heavy drinking and smoking caused it ) .. He still talks to his ex (Sweeties sister ) from time to time .. Told her the other week , he was having a hard time making it on Social Security ..

She asked how much he was spending on smokes and booze
