Default Smooth Move!

Ok so you want a good laugh? I was headed home this evening from a short ride across town. It hits me, I need drinks for my lunch. I buy 24 oz Mt Dew and this gas station has it 3 six packs for 9 bucks. I hate to leave the house once I am home so I think,"can I get them on the bike?" No saddlebags, just 2 bungee cords. It is just 1 mile home through back alleys. "I can do it" So I buy 3 six packs, strap 2 of them on the back seat (no sissy bar) and one between my legs. (damn I must have looked stupid) I get out of the lot, down the first alley, everything is good. I go to cross the first road and hear "clunk...pssssssssssstttttttt" Damn I lost the two on back, so I park, run across the road to pick them up, thinking this was not such a good idea. In that 1 mile home I lost those 2 on back 3 times. got mt dew all over the back of my bike and rear seat. But I did finaly make it home. Never again! I just hope none of my friends saw me.

Ok go ahead and laugh, I deserve it!

not wearing a belt to run through the six pack rings? It works in a jam but you still might have lost one.

I stuffed two cases of beers, one in saddlebags, one on top, made it a little top heavy and looked like a fat *** from behind

Now I know I can get a 30 pack of beer on the pass seat, with my cargo net. But it was not with me that night. but the belt idea does sound good. I just do not believe I will be trying that again. I could just hear the cages laughing at me, hell if I weren't so damn pissed I would have probably laughed.

This past June at lake George my friends and I stopped at the market to pick up a few things to snack on. My mistake was going in with the wife. Leave it to say thank God for the bagger or we would have had to make multiple trips.
