lomotil tablets work well(and quickly) for me. never know when something you eat is not going to agree with you.

If the op is serious about his affliction ----------------------Eat some creme of wheat,its does a better job of corking you up than immodium.Truckers have done this for years until the sweat pant regime took over.

If you have an Airhawk seat cusion, inflate that bastard to about 30 psi then sit and clench and then never let your *** come off the seat again!
