Went gun shopping again today only to find the PX4 sc didn't feel as comfortable as I originally thought. So I turned to the Glocks. I liked a lot of them but I am torn between several of them.
1. The G 22 .40 cal
2. The G 20 10mm
3. The G 17 9x19
4.The G 19 9x19
These are the top four, but all most all of them appeal to me. So if you're a Glock owner, which one is your favorite, and why ?

As a Glock owner and former Armorer. You can not go wrong owning any of the Glocks. IMHO they are all pretty much the same except for size between the 9mm, .357, .40 and .45. Then there is the compact series which is very nice if you are looking at concealed carry. As far as general purchase as gun enthusiast; any Glock is fun to shoot and own.
Good luck and let us know what you decide on purchasing.
19 just seems right....have the Houge slip on grip...fits the hand very nicely.
Total of six 15rnd clips, all with +2's.
Nothing wrong with having 100+ rounds at the ready.
I've found it to be very accurate, and it eats anything I've fed it,
from Winchester +P+, to home brewed.
Bottom line, if my life depended on one handgun, the 19 would be it...
Also, it says something that most every LEO in the state has one on their hip......
[Not necessarily the 19, but Glock's in general]

I guess a more accurate question would be....Is the 9mm a thorough enough round for personal protection ? I know they are great target shooters, but.... self defense ?

The salesman at the store today who is retired marine, active LEO, and a competitive shooter (5000 plus rounds a year) told me that the G.A.P. is the "dumbest round ever made". In HIS opinion he doesn't think it'll even be around in 10-15 years.
