If you are over the age of 18 you do not need to wear a helmet in the state of Idaho.
I wear one anyway to keep the autograph seekers and paparazzi at bay.

That's why I love long here, I don't wear a helmet because it is MY choice and not legislation and I can carry my pistols wherever/whenever I want! I'm don't worry about the paparazzi lol

 

It is most definitely nice to be treated as an adult and able to make our own choices. I chose to wear one. You may not.

 

In florida you need not wear one (i never do) but you do have to carry $25000 medical coverage on your insurance to be eligible to not wear the helmet. I dont think the cops ever ask or check

Mississippi needs to adopt the no helmet law. How in the hell do you get them to change their minds?

No matter what you're up to try to get used to wearing helmet sometimes. I would've agreed a couple of years back until I fell off my bike and hurt my back falling side ways. I was hardly on a speed limit but knew how much it can help you.
