Hey guys, I emailed your Director over 24 hrs ago and didn't get a response.So Ill try here, there's a fellow brother Green Beret Nam Donald Masters age 62 that has gone missing in Lolo Mt. We need as many boots on the ground looking for him! Anyway you guys can get the word out? Thanks in advance. He was traveling by bike heading for Denver to see his new Grand Child.

OK maybe I posted this wrong, somebody help me out? I sent an e-mail directly to your head guy 48 hrs ago, asking for help in locating a missing Vet(fellow rider). I know that at least 18-20 guys have looked at this post? The Patriot Guard is all about helping Vets in need, I'm I correct? Why is it I haven't had at least one person attemp to help or ask how they can help? Doesn't the Guard have chapters in Montana area around Lolo/Darby?? Anyone???

Email sent with contact info for local regional PGR captain for the Darby area.

You say "Director". If that was sent to the National Director he probably gets 100's of emails per day.

Try the guy I listed in my email.

Could be the subject of your thread was too vague. I've found here that the most direct approach usually works best.

Perhaps something like " VET is Missing- Need HELP ! " might have gathered more urgency.

In any event good luck once more.

I feel your passion bro but they're running out of motels and camping sites at the scene. Many people are already involved. Most of us would be in the way doing more harm then good. Keep praying.

I'm from S. Florida, and the first time I heard of this I posted on the Porsche owner's Forum, "Rennlist"...! Seeing "sign" from a car at 60 + Mph comes under the heading of: Not Bloody Likely", but it still doesn't hurt!!!

I think everyone who Could be helpful through these forums is already on the "watch"... and I've checked on some other forums... They seem to be "all eyes" as well!!!

You're fine in whatever you post, however, we all know you're in a great deal of stress, but understand that those who may be of help, (I'm certain of) have already joined the search!

I fervently hope that Don apprears safely and merely gets a good "dressing down" for all the worry he's caused!!!

My first thought on hearing this was that I hoped he'd crashed on a "Rez", as those Gentlemen" have an un-relenting resolve to find a fallen brother!!!

Prayers to to Don, and all who wish him a safe "recovery" Either from the arms of death of body, or from the arms of death of spirit!

Thank you so much for your replies....however the fact we have enough people is not even close. The turn out is very low. There should be no reason that between HOG,Patriot Guard and the Gold Wing Chapers we don't have a 100 plus people showing up at the site in Darby for the meeting to roll out. I'd believe, that in that area a lone there has to be 15-25 Patriot Guard members that could do a few hundred mile ride on Saturday,

As fas as me making these contacts if your a Guard member, Wing member Hog member you know who and how to contact some buddy faster than I do.

Thanks in advance.....lets find this soldier and not leave him behind!! Please make the calls!!!

Well the organized search was today out of Dillion. We had a whopping 7 people show. One of which was a couple from BC, One from Cali and a young lady from Az? I guess the Darby PGR Captain didn't get the message?

I believe you mentioned hotel rooms filled etc......where was this at?

When I was reading the other board, I got the impression that there were going to be at least a 1000 people at the site. Someone said they had a problem getting a motel in Wy. I figured the march was toward the gathering site. Sorry for the misinformation. I truly wouldn't do anything to hinder the search.

Is law inforcement getting more proactive or are they still taking the wait and see approach? I really believe he's in trouble. No one would take off for Mexico when they were on their way to see their Grandbaby.
