Default What's under the fender skirt?

I want to clean up my front fender like the RK Custom by removing all the chrome pieces. Can anyone tell me whats under the front fender skirt? Does the fender come all the way down and all I have to do is fill the holes with Bondo or is it short?

It is too short and likely scuffed up just a bit to boot.

Can anyone tell me whats under the front fender skirt?

Fender underwear?

Seriously, if you're looking for a clean fender w/o any holes and prep work, take a look at a Streetglide fender. I think it sits lower than a standard touring fender and no holes at all.

Look for fenders off a Road King Custom Street Glide or Road Gline in the same color you have eBay or FBI's site they have take-offs.
