Put avons on 2 bikes this year 289. For 2 cobras to the door. Changed them myself 20 bucks in balance beads ... So 600 and change for 4 tires on 2 bikes. Can't think a Indy would charge too much to mount.

Jakewilson usually beats all
prices...but recently the local stealer is offering free install and balance with tire purchase...which floored me!

Most places wont install tires purchased elsewhere. Make sure before ordering you have a installer. Mike

I got the Michelines about 3k miles ago. Pretty good tire, grips real well on dry pavement, ok on wet. I bought front and rear from motorcycle super store. Came quick. $326.00 for both.

Local HD doesn't carry them either. Tires without mounting was $526.00. My dealer said they would take them off the bike, change them out balance for $90.00 each tire.

I had them take care of warped rotors, brake pads, and wheel bearings under warranty and they charged me $115.00 for the tire change out.

Cycle gear and some local indy will change out the tires and balance for around $50.00 if you take the wheels off.

I figured for the time to take the wheels off, and drive 45 min one way to have them mounted (2 hour wait) then bring them back home and then remount the tires the extra $80.00 is worth it. The local HD where I would drop it off is 1 mile from work, and then go to work and pick the bike back up at lunch all washed and ready to to go would be worth it.

Another vote for Dennis Kirk. I've used them for years for both my Harley and '75 Suzuki. Good prices and quick delivery. I'm on my second set of Elite 3's from them.
