I check jakewilson and denniskirk, and Oder for the best priced place, that has them in stock. They are both the cheapest I found.

Default Best place for tires!!!

I just got my rear tire in the mail today from Motorcycle Tire Maniacs.com.
A Shinko SR777 180/65 16 WW for the rear of my 2009 Ultra. Same tread as the Dunlop Elite multi tread. Excellent tire!! $122.14, delivered in 2 days. The front tire, 130/80 17, same brand, $100.

Over the years I have used them all. Just ordered an odd sized tire from Dennis Kirk and got an American Elite shipped for $110.

I've ordered from most places mentioned. Some ship free if you order a pair. I just ordered a 160/70-17 Commander 2 for $162 shipped through Amazon from Powersport Superstore.

I mount and balance my own tires. My tools have paid for themselves but it's more of a convienence for me not having to make appointments and trips to a shop. I can do it when I want at home. I usually change at least two sets a year and fix several flats. Last weekend I had to replace a bad valve stem. I had everything I needed at home and no shop was open on Sunday.

motorcyclesuper store is where I get most of my tires. Watch for sales. Get on their mailing list so you will know. Just got a rear tire for a 2003 road king, shipped to my door $89.99
Front tire for our wide glide was 78.99

You might take a look at the cost to get them mounted before buying on line. Around here, they want to jack you on the install price and make up what they lost on the tire sale. Maybe better off to negotiate a total price with your local Indy.
