That spacer looks pretty thin. Check back and make sure there is no contact anywhere between the pipe and the floorboard.

I thought that too but it looked good. I think there used to be two spacers but when I did my cams I went with just one.

I have the VTwin Spacers, I'll double check the muffler mounts. Thanks for all of the input, if anyone else can think of anything, please throw it out there.

2010 CVO SG with the same exhaust head pipes, the heat shield on the front pipe was hitting the rear bracket for the floor board had to trim the heat shield. Wouldn't hit all the time. I would loosen the heat shield and adjust it away and it would work its way right back to the same location. To look at it, you wouldn't think it was going to touch the arm, but under acceleration, or sometimes even just idling it would. These motors move around a lot on the rubber mounts what looks like enough room sometimes isn't.
