Sorry for the confusion
I started yesterday by turning the key on and off with a full battery I here a clicking it was a relay now the fuel pump is not running ican not here the pum when I trun the key on all I hereis clicking so I pull the relay for the fuel pump still here the clicking put that back in pull the relay for the ecm trun the key fuel pump starts pumping bike starts runs like s_it so I think easy fixs go and buy a relay put the relay in trun the key no fuel pump take out the relay trun the key bike starts running bad so I try to put the relay in while the bike is running and when I do it shuts down

It sounds like a security system relay not a ECM or a hard short to a security control relay, get it to a shop where they can diagnose it before it fries something more important.
Won't start, four ways flash is a typical security system response to get attention to the ride being tampered with, usually the horn sounds with that.

I was riding the bike when this happened .The check engine light came on. then the speedometer stopped working and the bike start to spuder and stop running.then the four ways come on and won't go off. Get the bike home and I charge the battery.it was dead from sitting on the side of the road trying to start it.now the battery has a full charge I try to start the bike and no start. So I here the relays clicking.next I pull the fuel pump relay try again still clicking. So I put the relay back and pull the ecm relay and the fuel pump comes on and the bike starts runs real bad. So then I put the relay back in when the bike is running and the bike dies. So I pull the 5 amp fuse.and it starts put the fuse back and it dies.
