Default I was stupid, now I need a new helmet!

So I've had this great helmet made by Seer for about 12-15 yrs. Great helmet, has neck strap, sits low, etc. My son in law just bought a new Softail Slim, and I'm out with him helping him get used to the bike. I had my helmet with me as I rode the bike to the parking lot so he could practice w/o going on the highway. I put my helmet down on the ground and he decides to ride the bike back to the house (this was still in his sub division). Ok follow u back in the car. Yep, left the helmet there on the ground. No problem, go back next day when I realize it's gone. No helmet! Who the heck steals a helmet! Ok, so they "found it", and it was my mistake, soooooooo

What helmet do you recommend that sits real low, is DOT, and has some sort of visor? I looked up the price of a new Seer and they want $330 now! Any help here would be appreciated.
Jerry

check ebay, craigslist, etc...you might find one.

$330 isn't a bad price for something that's intended to protect what it does. Stop and think about it.

Just looked at Simpsons and they have a nice looking half helmet.

I tried the Bell Pitboss and it is the hottest helmet I have ever worn, good for winter.

Just bought a Daytona model at the dealer. Light, low, has a visor, and DOT. Only about $70.

I had ordered the newest HD low profile model but it looked weird with no visor. Didn't like it so the girl pulled out the Daytona. I'm happy

Two words,,,,Super Seer. There's a reason they cost that much. Seer for my half helmet, Nolan for my full face.

Akoury helmet are the best fitting helmet out there now, doesn't feel or look like your wearing a mushroom cap.
