Haven't figured out a way to lay down the plate when the tour pack is off though. It looks like a billboard back there.

Just did the same thing on my brothers Ultra Classic.... looks good. I like where you mounted the antennas. We moved his place to the bag rails with some p clips.

Now do something with the seat and billboard and you'll be all set!

Looks good. My RK had the same plate mount. I moved mine below the tail light with a Softbrake mount. Then I ordered a lay down style lens from JP cycle. I had to get a LED bulb as the lens was to close to the bulb and would have melted. Cost me about $100 all in. You could probably get it for 1/2 that though as no shipping and duty costs.
Good Luck.

did the same, except my laydown lens melted (sagged actually) before I knew it was an issue. I drilled the lens and installed a glass jewel from this guy: http://www.taillightking.com/

Agree with seat. I put a Road Glide seat on my Ultra. Just as comfortable for
the driver and nearly so for the passenger if a backrest is added.

What about the antennas? Are those HD mounts?

That was going to be my plan if I bought an Ultra but ultimately went with a Street Glide Special. You should get the antenna to fairing relocator. I don't mind the seat but those 2 flag poles.....

Looks great in that color BTW
