Sbates08 what kind of bars do you have there? Also where did you get all you cables from. That is exactly what I was looking for. They are awesome looking bars.

The bars came from kstkustoms.com and they are the Mayhem Bagger bars. As far as the clutch cable and brake line o bought them seperate. I knew the length I needed and shopped around for the best prices. With me doing all the work, shopping around for best prices, my bar swap cost me $426.

2010 Limited with some stuff

Still work with your fairing mirrors too.
You go much higher than that and you have to go with perch mounted mirrors.
Do you know how the KW +2 compare with the HD TallBoys?

Not a clue Mike. but I do know that many on this site are running these bars as this is where I got the idea.
I had some high bars (Santee's) I was going to go with, but then realized what I was doing.
I like keeping my hands inside of the fairing and think that fairing bikes look a bit out of place with apes.
They look good on RK's and fairing-less bikes though.

@sBates, I was worried about the height on my softail due to the fact that I am 5'10. However, they were 18s and were right at shoulder level for me.

I went and returned them last night, bought a set of 16s in chrome with all the wiring. All said and done I was about $370 for the bars and wiring, pretty solid deal. I should have them within a week, the install will most likely start next weekend.

I am of the same opinion about apes on a Ultra, seem to look a little better on a SG for some reason though. I'm trying to decide btw the KW +2, 2+2, WO 578 or 575, or the HD Tallboy. I've been putting it off hoping to get somewhere where I can see one of the above in person and get "a feel" for them.
