Default Excessive vibration after head pipe swap

I recently swapped my 09 stock head pipe for the rinehart slimline head pipe....bike see,so to have a lot more vibration when running.....I feel it in the seat and handlebars....any ideas what the cause might be?

Make sure your pipes are not touching a part of the bike they shouldn't be. Your engine is rubber mounted and the exhaust shouldn't touch anything except the correct mounts.

I also had vibrations after changing head pipe. Searched through posts until I ran across a couple that provided details on the sequence of bolt tightening. Followed the recommendations and reduced vibration by 95%. In addition, the exhaust flange nuts came loose quick even though I had them to correct torque. Immediately causes a vibration on my bike. I followed recommendations to go through a few heat/cool down cycles and retorque but I still check their torque every so often.

Make sure the O2 sensors have not been swapped. This will cause the engine to run rather bad and probably vibrate a lot more than normal.

Just put a set of Slimline Duals and Rinehart Slip Ons on my 2015. Straight from the installation instructions...

"IN THIS ORDER!!! Tighten the cylinder head exhaust flange nuts. Torque to 10-12 ft/lbs. Tighten barrel clamp on cross under tube. Tighten both carriage bolts and nuts to 15-20ft/lbs. Tighten muffler clamps and rear mounting hardware on mufflers. Torque 8-10 ft/lbs."
