best exhaust?

I went back to stock header from TDs, but added cams and rear sprocket at the same time. I have more low end torque now but can't tell you how much the change in the header helped because of the other changes.

In the case of my own bike, with an S&S 107" engine, my Supermeg gives me as much as 15% more torque than my previous TDs, power is almost identical. The engine is also much smoother and gives an altogether better ride. Both set-ups were dynoed by the same shop and operator.

I have a set of these in my garage right now. Installing this weekend. I had Power Duals with Jackpots on my last bike and wanted to try something different.

I don't buy that! Every vehicle on the planet with two cylinders or more uses a combined exhaust system for a very simple reason: each cylinder benefits from interaction with all the others. True Duals are simply drag pipes with mufflers and throw away that advantage. For absolute power on the race track single pipes are fine, but for road use a 2-into-1 will give better results.

I'm sure the V&H Pro Pipe is a good choice....don't think it fits 08 and earlier though...
