I just measured mine. The holes for the windshields that fit the 14 & 15's are 9.5 inches center to center. Does your invoice say LRS Ultra 2014 on it?

That's what I don't understand my invoice just has 7DTUE on it

7DT= 7" Dark Tint

UE= Ultra Elite..... I assume that's what those numbers and letters represent

It also has in the Description... 7" Dark Tint LRS Ultra Elite Polycarbonate Motorcycle Windshield.

The protective film on the shield itself has 7DT214E on it which leads me to believe its for a 2014 model bike.

I know I ordered the correct one for my bike, I'm very **** about checking my order 8976 times before I hit the check out button whenever I order anything online.

I didn't remove the film, so I'm sure they will exchange it, just kinda disappointed. I wanted to put it on my bike.

Sounds like they shipped the wrong one, since the number on what you received isn't the number listed on the invoice.

Sounds like you ordered correctly, So the error is on whoever boxed it up. They should pay the shipping for you to ship that one back and to send you the correct one.

Their website says it expired NOV 21st.... Dammit!! Missed it again! This is getting frustrating, not LRS's fault... I'm just a day late to all their sales apparently. Lol!

I called LRS today and it's all sorted out now

I did order the correct shield, just received the wrong one, got boxed up wrong I suppose

I talked to James, he is going to send the right one out and include a shipping label so I can return the wrong one

Excellent service, Great company to deal with

Thanks James and LRS

Glad to hear that they handled it the right way, as expected.

Mine showed up today, but I won't be able to try it for a few months. I'll have to decide if I want to take off the film to check it for defects in the meantime; I don't know how long they allow for that.

I got the one I ordered, and the holes are about 10" apart, so it should be the right one for my bike.

I would order one in a heartbeat if they were making them for 15 Road Glides!
