I am mostly after the look with some improved ridablity (not comfortable with the stock bar height). I want to go as high as possible without feeling like I'm stretching for the grips. I love the looks of the 16s but am worried that might be too tall I am 5'10" and trying to decide between 14 and 16.

They are around $225. Keep in mind the KST Mayhems are almost 2"s taller than advertised.

what ever you end deciding on.... go to the next step up. so many ppl say afterwards they wished they would have went taller, me included.

I keep reading that I should go one size up and I was trying to decide between 14s and 16s and after sitting on a bike with 12s yesterday I knew the 14s weren't going to be big enough but now I'm not sure if I should go to an 18.

Dude at 5'10 you might wanna do some serious homework if you think you need 18's on a bagger. I'm 6'4 and my 14's measure close to 16"s and my arms are level. I wish you luck.
