The codes aren't delivered from the factory. The code is entered at the dealer during PDI.The code could be anything depending on the dealer or tech.

My bike doesn't have security so can't help you there, but for the lost wallet there is a little trick my wife read a few years back we did to soften the blow.
Once a year we take out everything in our wallets and photocopy all contents (e.g. cards, ID's, memberships, etc.) and put them in the safe. Then if any of our wallets are lost/stolen, we have a means of remembering what requires cancellation and/or renewal. Just a tip to aid in re-establishing your wallet's contents.

Waited two hours for corporate to call me back. They took that long to verify who I was I suspect and that I actually owned the bike. Asked for VIN etc.
They also called my dealer and bitched them out for not fully doing the PDI correcly etc.
Anyway, some guy called me back from corporate who sounded like he just woke up and asked me to try 11111 and 12345.
It was 12345 on this 09 SG.

The code for my bike was 12345 and the PDI tech never changed it - I was there.
However, if you buy the security option at the dealer and have it installed at the dealer - they do all of this for you during installation - including setting a random code if you don't ask for a specific one.
Things I was told and experienced anyway... I know for fact my PDI tech did not set a random code and my code was 12345 just as the Corporate dude told me it would be. YMMV....
I only mention all of this in case someone ends up in the same situation as I did. Try 12345 or 11111 apparently. If it doesn't work, least you tried

It's not just Rushmore models. There are no zeros on previous years either.
Anybody that has a working FOB for their bike and does not know what their security code is, should immediately follow the instructions in the owners manual to display the current code.
And if it is still the same code that came with your bike, you should follow the procedure to change it.
Very good chance that every bike that leaves your dealer has that same code.
You don't want to have the same code as every other bike in your area.
