I bought the Gatorskin shirt, pants, and gloves. Never really was happy with any of it. My GF wears the glove liners under leather gloves and likes what they do. Not sure the gloves are wind resistant since they are intended as a liner.

Gator Skins Thermals are a fantastic answer for any outdoor activity in cold weather! Knitted from an extremely thin and lightweight material. The rugged fabric is water repellant and warms three times better than wool.
Water repellant/windproof
Breathable
Retains heat so you don't have to wear layer upon layer
Will not rip, fray, or shrink
Wicks sweat
Antimicrobial and will not retain odor.
