With those step rims and no fender it reminds me of a Dyna Street Bob with add on saddlebags and aftermarket Fairing.

Not bad.

Ok, I'll be the spoiler. Although I can appreciate what went it to building it, it's not my cup of tea. I was kind of confused about the OP's "ride-ability" comment too? Great on a sunshine filled day, but have you ever ridden a bike in the rain, with no front fender? May as well duct tape a garden hose to your chest (pointed at your face). Sorry, but add a front fender, and ditch those grips, and you got yourself a nice bike. Only my opinion....but flame on!

I have to agree with this "ride-ability" comment. No front fender does not equal ride-ability... unless of course you are luckier than me and never get caught in the rain....

Again, gorgeous scoot....!

I don't understand why you added 2" extended fork slider covers? Solely for looks?

But then I would not have seen your fine looking scoot - as I never go to the Rushmore section. Don't get dividing "touring" on that basis.

I'd add a fender.

I'm glad to see you kept the dual front brakes. Most folks go to a bigger wheel and ditch one rotor. I'm a fan of more braking power.

I've ridden many miles on a fender-less chopper and know exactly what road spray to face feels like. With the fairing you probably don't get a complete face full. Have you had it in the rain and how much spray do you experience?

I rode a bobber without a front fender for about two months and just didn't like it. Not only sucked in the rain but also kicked up a lot of road grit. I put a fender on it, many said I compromised the "bobber theme" but I did it for ride-ability. What ever works for you, great looking scoot.

I think that looks great.

Very simple, clean, minimalized, look. As a guy that's had a few stripped down chops....this things looks awesome.

Agree, a front fender is worth for road trips. But without one looks cool for bar hopping.

I think those red grips look totally out of place on this ride. Other than that I like the looks of it, and don't care one bit about the front fender. After all it isn't my ride!
