Hello all! I'm a new member from Toronto Canada. Im eyeing up a RK as my first HD. Im coming from the metrics where my last bike was an awesome 06 Vmax with a bunch of dough thrown in. In October a pole stopped my Vmax in its tracks hence a new ride must happen sooner than later.

I was looking at a '13 RK with Stage 2 Cams and a few extras, i.e. True Duals, LED's...

Have you folks heard of a Stage 2 on an existing 103 motor?

Stage two would simply be non OE intake, exhaust, tuner and different cam's.

 

A Stage 1 is generally considered to be mufflers, air cleaner and tuner. Stage 2 adds cams. Do you know what has been added?

Sorry about your V-Max and glad you're OK now. The V-max is one of my fav bikes. Would love to have one in my stable someday.

RK w/ stage 2 should do the trick. Do you know which cams are in it?

No I'm not sure...the guy whos selling has a HD Dealer Mechanic who he uses and the bike hasn't made it over to him yet. He buys some low mileage HD's from the US and said there's no complete paper work on the work done.

hopefully you can find out exactly what was done to the motor and if its been tuned, might just have screaming eagle cams and a canned tune done to it
