Default installing custom dynamic led front signals on sg question

Just got my cd led turn signals today, when installing them, does the small chrome bowl that houses the stock bulb come out so the led bulb sits back in the housing a bit? Or just unplug the bulb, plug in new led, and snap lens on? Seems like it kind of just sits in the bowl loosely this way and the lens holds it in there?

Thanks, so just pop the stock bulb out and plug in the new led? Stupid question, but just wanted to make sure I have it right

Correct, pop the old one out and plug the new one in.

yep, it's as easy as that. you 'may' have to use a screwdriver to push it in and turn it (there is a slot in the plug), but you don't have to force it.

I wasn't really impressed with how you just have to jamb the lens on and hope they sit in there somewhat strait. I had to pop mine back off and readjust a few times so they were sitting in there decent. Would be nice if they were actually mounted in there somehow.
Either way they are bright as hell and much better than stock. Now just need to figure out what route to take in the rear.
