Depending on how hard you ride, combines with where you ride, 40+/-MPG's is a good starting point.
My friend's 2010 has been upgraded to a "103" and I have a 2013 CVO "110" and we pretty much average about 40 MPG's on freeway riding, cruising 70-75 MPH.
As a rule, we fuel up at about 200 miles per tank.

Nice bike, you'll be happy.
Does it have the original tire still on the bike? If so they may be dry rot. Just because the tread is good does not mean the condition of the rubber is also. If you have a good dealer they would catch that and changed the tires if the rubber was going bad.
I have a 2010 Limited with 38K miles and no issues. Nowhere near ready to move up to the wet head yet.
