Is the HD service lift worth the price?

Ditto here.

If I were a professional mechanic, would I have a HF lift? Of course not.

However, this one works perfectly, is rock solid, all steel, lifts my RG straight up with zero problems, welded tiedown loops, and has safety stops that I can sit down against. Love it.

Yours must be different than the one in the video because it's the exact opposite of "rock soild".

For fluid changes,I have the harbor freight wheel chock.Just drive it on and get off.It stands it straight up and the bike is very stable.Cost about 60 bucks

Dunno. Mine lifts an 850 pound motorcycle straight up without a wobble.
