Have had stock, Renthal, Get-A-Grips, ISO's. Now running the Kury Kenetic's and really like them. There similiar to ISO's but smaller diameter which I like.

Avon has some nice grips. Whatever a do, don't get harley's diamond or narrow band grips; Them square rubber bands hurt.

I bought the large which are 1.6 inch diameter. They also come in 1.3 inch diameter.
I prefer the larger diameter grip as my hands are more comfortable being more open. Since the rubber goes horizontal to my hands and sticks up some from the base of the grip, you also don't need to have a tight grip on them to keep from slipping. This makes it easy to lay your hand out flat with the fingers on the lever without the throttle rolling back on you if you need to relax your hand while not using cruise.

I've got the Nostalgic type grips, but have no idea how to tell if they're H-D or Kuryakyn.

Did anyone tell you That a pair of foam slip on grips at $20.oo or less can be had from
your local BMW shop, just asking. And they work with heated hand grips, by the way I
had heated hand grips on dirt Bikes since the 80's, and on three Harleys never failed to
work on the Harleys. About two years on dirt bikes is about it, different conditions there.
