Hi all my name is Tony I live in South Carolina and I ride a 2010 flhtcu. It has the 96 motor are there any common problems with this motor that I need to look out for?

Nope... for a little more umph I done the usual stg1 but I added some cams to really wake her up.

Made her run better, now gets 2-5 mpg better mileage and it'll cool her oil temp down 10-15 degrees.. 53k miles on her and we only had the pin hole in the gas line problem on our 07..

not really motor but .. the connector for the injectors has been known to have some problems with the pins fretting,if u dont know the history of the bike it wouldn't hurt to unplug it and dielectric grease.

Best thing you can do is get the 2010 Service & Repair Manual,,, well worth the money,,, and this forum has a wealth of knowledge too.
