I want to purchase a 2015 streetglide. I cannot decide what color. I am looking at either morocco gold or amber whiskey. Any ideas to help me decide? I worry that I will get tired of the amber and the morocco gold is too plain

 

Both are great colors! All I can say is don't get black... and I have a black street glide! lol Take lots of work to keep it clean. Just look at all the colors they come in and one will stand out more than the rest to you.

 

 

As my username states, my first Harley was an Amber Whiskey Sportster. I loved it and everyone who saw it loved it just as much as I did. I traded in for a Road King, and if they had one in the same color I would have bought it. Since they didn't have one, I will have to have mine painted!

The Amber Whiskey is a gorgeous color and low maintenance. It also seems to have a great resale value based on what my trade in is listed at.... more than I paid for it 13,000 miles ago.

 

........ well, since they're not makin' a yellow one this year, i say get the Moroccan Gold.

I would want to see both colours in daylight on a bright sunny day before deciding.

 

I don't see either of those colours for an SG on the H-D website! Ah, you mean an SG Special!

 

Yes!, I agree with everything you say here, I can't believe I made the STUPID mistake of buying the wrong color. When you buy the wrong color you have to live with it every day till you sell it and get a low value because nobody wants it. Good luck with your choice, DON"T get the wrong color!

 

I like the morocco gold. My GF got the Jade Green. Its a very pretty bike.

 

Since you live on the left coast,, (I'm on the right ), I think you'll like the Amber Whiskey. It has the dual properties of being easy to keep clean and of showing off your chrome. The only issue I have with it is the name. "Amber Whiskey" sounds gay. They should re-name it Skid Mark Orange,,, more macho .
